A slow controlled reformer class using bands props and light to medium springs to tone arms lift glutes and sculpt the core expect a deep targeted burn and muscle shake.
How it feels:
Controlled and spicy muscles will shake and the burn is intentional.
Who it is for:
Clients who want visible toning and targeted muscle work.

A dynamic reformer class using the jumpboard for short low impact jumping intervals mixed with sculpting exercises a fun cardio boosting full body workout. (We do not use the jumpboard the entire time.)
