What it is:

A slow controlled reformer class using bands props and light to medium springs to tone arms lift glutes and sculpt the core expect a deep targeted burn and muscle shake.

Controlled and spicy muscles will shake and the burn is intentional.

Who it is for:

Clients who want visible toning and targeted muscle work.
